It is all going well until……
They come up with stories that are simply too good to be true. What are some of the most outlandish tales that we have been told, either to get us to agree to a meet, or as an excuse to part ways?

I’ve had to put “other” for my employment.
My degree is genuine. Napier University, Edinburgh.
Oh! And I’m officially a NAG…. Lol 😂.
National Association of Goldsmith’s 😉😁.

Noble of you to suggest... but in the real world there is a reason why women are typically far more attracted to the "1%" then a random bloke working in Tesco.
If all things are equal in respect to the points you both care about are you trying to convince the audience here that you would choose the poorer, less educated man? I didn't realise employee of the month was so sexy...
Simply put, assuming all boxes are ticked... there are things a more successful man is able to provide in an affair that are beyond the scope of most poorer men.
There are countless journals on how women prefer men with SES (typically driven by education) and men are the ones that actually are put off by educated women.

Spot on. And you know, a PhD doesn’t make people all that. One could be a PhD in the most obscure topic in the world but that would probably send me to sleep rather than impress. For me, it is all about the person, character, authentic conversation, and mutual desire for each other.
Yes, aesthetics, age and a lot of other factors do come into play. They always do.

I think I’m like you TBH … I don’t actually care what my IE does and I won’t knock someone back because of what they have here as job - the list it not great - think I’m down as customer service admin … which is nothing remotely like what i do but it was the closest.
I can’t remember what my IE had on his profile 🤷🏻♀️ it didn’t matter - we met clicked … boom
Also even if you are a ‘real’ Executive it doesn’t make you super intelligent just by reading conflicting info on guy’s profiles .. don’t want young girls with daddy issues or OAPS but has age set as 21-99 - go figure.
For me it’s let’s chat first and see if there’s a connection, just because a person is in what you consider a mundane job they could still be super intelligent… never judge a book …

I have no interest in someone’s job, and indeed do not like using mine as a conversation piece.
I’d rather someone start sharing a little of themselves instead of doing 20questions. That will get a conversation going a lot more than one liners like ‘what do you do for a living?’. I do try to push the conversation forward, but sometimes it can be a challenge!

It matters to me Sandypops, and I'm not interested in money at all and always ho 50/50. But I like really clever men. Men that have really done something with their potential. Some men won't contemplate larger women or mature women? Well I don't want a man that hasn't got 'smarts', and I don't mean 'street smarts'. I like the kind of clever I can look up at and admire, that few others have, and know that they really are 'smarter than the average I.E bear'. The way some women feel about a big shlong or muscles - that's how I feel about a man with a 'brilliant mind' (cue the corresponding 'Furniture' track...)

Does it really matter what someone does as a job? This isn't a CV 😂 and ie doesn't give loads of job choices. I'm not interested in their bank account. I'm perfectly capable of paying my own way.
For me it's about the connection by chatting, and then hopefully physical connection. I can't see how their occupation fits into either of those? Or maybe that's just me 🤔

Agree.
Given there are only 1 true "Executive" per 1000 in the UK, i do wonder myself the job roles of numerous women and men on this site. I feel the average salary of this website must be >£200k per annum which i highly doubt...
...If you are not in a strategic position within senior management, or run a team that sets internal regulation for a company then you are probably not an executive.

What does 'executive' even mean? Could be an ice cream executive and work in a Mr Whippy van! And I never knew you got a bachelors degree for having a paper round in 1974!
It's all going well until the truth starts to leak out of them (often when you move to telegram.) They are 5 years older, have adhd, a heart stent, a wooden leg, multiple personality disorder...🙄
