Because the isolation hit her quite hard and we didn't see each other for six months. She became very introverted and lost all her confidence.

I met the most amazing girl and we both fell in love, neither of us married but it was so intense for the year it lasted then Covid came along and ruined it.

I’m not sure I’ve ever anticipated who I might meet, though despite joining up a few times I never found the spark or location was an issue. I blame it on the angels protecting my fidelity, they are simply too good at their jobs!

'Ended up'. Probably not the best way to say it!

But, through considering, travel, costs, availability and personal requirements, a decision is made. That's if we even have that much choice in the first place.

There maybe butterflies, sparks, feet being swept off, but also a lot of cunning intuition and calculation. Because experience kicks in.

So what one thinks and expects rapidly changes and adapts if it's going to work. Usually helped by the recognition that avoiding the faux pas of marriage, greatly helps in having an affair.

Good evening everyone... thinking of joining the site again. It is a great place to meet people who were not necessarily you thought your "type"... which is an awful phrase and concept.
Why limit yourself by having a "type" Met the most wonderful woman on the site 4 years ago and we were very happy... was not who I thought I would meet but we loved each other's company from the first time we messaged each other... sadly for me... brilliantly for her it made her realise she should leave her husband, which she did. But in so doing she realised she needed someone who could offer her more commitment.... we are still great friends (though still pangs for me!). But in short didnt end up with who I anticipated and what a fantastic 4 years.. G
