In it for the thrill
I get a rush from the secrecy of an affair - it's a thrill. Does this happen to anyone else? Nothing gets me going more.
Interested to hear peoples opinions on this one, is it a normal fetish?

No particular thrill in the secrecy part for me, just a sort of peace that I don’t have to lie about my marital status.

I don’t think it’s a fetish, but it’s surely a thrill. Currently seeking an IE though so am hoping to confirm that’s the case. 😊

Yes it’s a normal fetish. Personally I like some depth to the affair. To get to know and share deepest secrets and fantasies that even spouses are excluded from. It’s so special and thrilling.

It's and unexpected bonus for me. Being naughty is fun, but not the main reason for doing it.

I definitely get a thrill, not sure if I’d class it as a fetish though!

It’s not the rush of an affair as per se, but the joy of meeting a lady who’s seeking the same as me, that intense and mutually fulfilling connection , know that we are pleasing each other and getting what each other desires , that’s what does it for me

I enjoy it. I enjoy meeting someone that you know is looking for something that IE offers.
Having said that we are all thankfully different.
The forbidden fruit element of it all is undoubtedly an attraction.
The fantasy element is very arousing and if mutual has to be the major attraction for me.

OK, I'm not the "Correct use of English police" but 'a thrill' is not a fetish! A fetish is sexual arousal in response something a person might hold, smell, rub, or taste i.e. feet or shoes, or ask their partner to wear or use during sex. That said, are affairs thrilling? Yes, you're darn tooting they are, unless of course, you're emotionally detached from both your existing partner and your IE! Many of the IE profiles I've read openly and honestly declare the member to be otherwise happy with their life and they're not looking to change their status or circumstances. What they're looking for is a chance to feel alive again! To be wanted, desired and found attractive by someone of the opposite sex (or same sex). To be the sexually promiscuous person they once were or become more sexually promiscuous because they've never been that person, and now they're an adult, they want to experience as many shades of grey as they can! Anyone who doesn't find that thrilling needs a fontal lobotomy! 🤷♂️

There's a difference to feeling a thrill with a person and a thrill seeker. Thrill seekers are never satisfied no matter who they're with, they always want more and usually not from you alone.
