I actually feel for guys.
They can read a profile and send a really well written message, referring to things in said profile, and be completely ignored. At least this is what I get told. Men always seem surprised when I reply.
So I don't actually blame them for sending out a generic message.
I'll soon know if the chat is there or not.

I'll be honest, although your age of mid-40's is within my acceptable age range, it appears I'm too old for your age range...
However I think based in your profile, I would find a serious 'ick' with:

- your starting age for a female is 21! Why does a lady 20+ years older want to compete with that??
- of your 3 main sentences - 2 are about your love of playing with child-like toys - of transformers and dolls

That may attract a very young 21 year old - perhaps??.... But I think if you want to talk about affair-world, how to conduct that, why you're here, what your availability for meets is and what this looks like in an adult world for you - would all be much more helpful...

How do women like to be approached? And are they inundated with messages from men? I read the profile, make comments and try to start a conversation but I’m not having much luck.
What do I need to do?

Believe me I do but some men can't even remember what they had put in their profile and I get a "what are you talking about" or "what's that about" ... 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️
