If they hadn’t reacted how they did then no one would have looked twice. The camera would just have panned to the next couple.

I guess having rules are one thing but there is only soo much you can do in terms of planning when out and about. Maybe stay away from areas and events that are too close to home. Also I think it’s hard to spot someone in the evening than during the day.

The best rule is 'cause no harm' - though as there's always a risk of that, perhaps better to say 'do whatever you can to cause no harm'

Unless you don’t mind blowing your lives up, which I guess most of us don’t want to, you have to always be careful. That means patience and sometimes not being able to do what you want.Would I love to be able to do more with my ie, absolutely. Would that put us both at risk. Probably. Do we both therefore accept some hings may never happen, unfortunately yes. They were both stupid sadly and the consequences will be what they will and as many have pointed out it is the wider family that is also hurt. Have fun, but don’t take daft risks .

I feel they probably have been having an affair for a very long time and lines got blurred and they became too comfortable and forgot the most important things;

1. Sheilding each other’s families from the madness they didn’t sign up for.
2.Checking on each other and keeping each other on track ie no public PDA. They could have gone as “colleagues”, and still had a good time.
3. They probably didn’t watch Fight Club.
