Tall Dark and Handsome (TDH)
Most of the lasses are searching for the elusive "Tall, Dark and Handsome (TDH) bloke". Plus they want him to be humorous, rich, flashy cars, amazing holidays, brilliant shopping trips and lasting in bed until cows come home! I understand that if you want to dream and demand then might as well go for the sky. But are you missing the trick here? Are you discounting genuine gentlemen who might be average looking but are great human beings? They might not have six packs and"Arnold muscles", but they can be sensitive and humorous and probably great in bed as well?
So my quick question - if physical attributes are a mismatch + you want to keep the whole thing a secret affair then how much does those "physical features" matter to you? Is your end goal not to have a great time whenever you meet? Each lass over here probably has around at least 20 lads chasing her and probably she can afford to be choosy ... but does it really work out?

I have also seen plenty of profiles wanting 6’ and over. I wonder whether this is simply a tactic to limit the amount of messages or a handy way of simply ignoring uninteresting suitors. I’m 5’11 so is that extra inch really all that important?
As for dark, I have a healthy outdoors tan, but I’m certainly not going to go to a spa and go the full airbrush route.
Handsome? I’ve had women compliment my looks. I’ve also had others just quit messaging after they’ve seen me, I’ve even had a couple block me after seeing me. Looks are entirely subjective.

I've seen enough profiles stipulating "6ft-plus" to know there's a demand for TDH. But as some people here have said, that's fair enough - why settle for less than your fantasy?
I'm 5'9. I can't be taller. I'm not hugely WE either, but again I can't change that (although never been a problem). I'm happy with who I am.
What I can offer is emotional intelligence, an ability to make someone smile and feel wanted and, yes, the ability to turn someone on, in various ways. Obviously that doesn't get tested unless certain hurdles are cleared - but I totally get that. If you want 6ft, or muscles, or both, then that's what you should find, because it's about being happy.
Some guys need to realise, there will be someone out there looking for what they have. But it just may take a little longer looking.

My ideal Moneypenny type? First - very smart. Sassy, successful in her career (which doesn't necessarily mean $$$), sophisticated, well travelled, self-confident. Second, she has a GSOH and oozes personality. Third, she's good looking, slender, fit. Fourth, and most importantly: although she may have all the reasons to have a bit of an attitude, she doesn't. She's very approachable, as long as she can see one has something unique to offer. And I don't mean unique as in the XXI century bull***t that "everyone is unique in their own unique way". I mean she needs to sense you are a peer: equally smart, self-confident, etc. More thank anything else, she values charisma. That counts far more than TDH, so if one is just TD, DH, TH, T, D, H (a Bond-type athletic physique helps), it's not the end of it. Finally, she is not on IE.😃
Now. Finding on IE a lady who's not on IE: like logical paradoxes (think Achilles and the tortoise), this one can be resolved. How? Another time. Perhaps.

So I have been on/off IE very successfully (bar one!!) for nearly 20 years. I have had a few long term affairs during that time. The once superficial woman in me has long left the building never to return and my relationships have been all the better for it since then. I married an Irish Adonis. My first affair was with an Italian Adonis and then the proverbial Greek one!! Although all successful, my best affair was with a nondescript guy (his words, not mine) who just left me wanting more. Each to their own of course. Give me the man next door any day.

Like you my thoughts about cars/guys was similar …at one time I would only choose a guy with a BMW …but those cars turn people into animals …now I prefer the Polestar ….much more tech …more comfortable…safer and lavishly hot ..😉….

It’s no lie that either sex has their ideal type but in reality just wanting to feel loved ans appreciated is what we truly want!
I am married for 27 years and he was my dream man (deep blue eyes and pert ass, it also helped he was good in bed 😉) just like he married the slim & non child ravaged body that I had!
NGL if a younger man paid me even a tiny amount of attention and truly isn’t turned off by my less than perfect body I am not gonna say no!
