I find the fast food window dynamics of IE mean you can move away from thoughtful and courteous conversation and try and say something that is eye-catching, provocative, stands out from the rest. Not least because the ladies are generally much more sought after than men. How do you make the right impression long enough for someone to pause and choose to speak with you. That does not always land well.

And yet if there is one thing that is special about this site when you put aside the catfishing and fake profiles, it is the power of conversation. It isn’t just swipe left swipe right. Create a fake profile. Throw a pose. There is the opportunity to genuinely get to know the thoughts of a person before you go further. Words convey so much. And that’s a little old-fashioned romance and seduction.

I don’t take exception to a few words, the misstep. In the end, I’m much more interested in the character of the woman I’m speaking to. The vibe. The repartee. What draws you back. What gives it meaning,

Exactly that - my barometer of how to engage anyone online is "how would I engage them in the real world"

Guys who send unsolicited dick pics , do it as a means of self gratification nothing more. I mean seriously guys , do you really think a pic of your dick is going to persuade a woman to engage with you ?

I think I can safely say “I’ve never fallen in love” not even with my husband .. how do we define that ? 🤷‍♀️
Here on IE I want to be dated, sentiment, poems, romance etc etc … I want to talk words knowing it makes us feel amazing, but I’ll never fall in love …. I have that with my IE from here, we both talk to each other feeling, sharing emotion, poems etc in the confidence that it’s only for the chapter it is … I would rather a chapter of intense yearning/erotic/emotion than no chapter at all .. nothing is forever but embrace the here and now !!

I don’t think it really matters. If they like the look of you and you fit their fantasy, One can be Oneself with very little risk of being shunned. I think that’s what the manual said anyway..,

Etc etc.. 🤦‍♀️

My reply is always would you go up to a bar and ask her that without even buying her a drink first.. same rules online.. 🤦‍♀️

I can't speak for all guys , but I dont talk about my extra marital activities with any of my mates.

In my experience - women are more likely to discuss theses things with their girlfriends

Like most on here , one of my turns offs is someone who talks about them selves , and doesn't ask questions about you.

Asking questions showed interest IMO. So that's my turn on I guess , someone showing me interest by asking me stuff.

PS - I don't need to be asked questions to make a conversation, but it's nice none the less LOL

Celestial each to there own a lot of women would rather know you have done this before as a lot of lady wouldn't meet a first timer as in general they don't understand the fundamentals and dynamics of conducting an affair
