How important is a good profile name and photo..?
Have you dismissed a potential IE on the basis of a terrible user name and
a profile photo? I know I have, maybe I should have given them some friendly advice?

User name, for me, is irrelevant but the profile and what she is looking for tells me everything.

I think a username says alot about someone.
A ridiculous username would be certain to put me off straight away.

I agree with LG and Becky..some of the more outrageous names saves time ..they never get in the running ..full stop 😕
