@Paula99. We've chatted here and got on but distance is an issue. As a man I get few unsolicited messages.......maybe one or two in a paid membership period if I'm lucky. I send out dozens of intial messages to dozens of women in a membership and receiving a reply is a real.shock. When a reply IS received there's a 50:50 chance that it's spiteful or sarcastic. That's just the way it is.

Anyway as I said bad behaviour can and does happen on both sides.

Maybe it does have a lot to do with geography. Not sure I have been pounced on by 100s of men.....

@Dotty Green trouble is that you see the same old names of those who are just here trolling. In my part of the world it's rare to see a new match notification even once a week. As soon as a woman joins she is pounced on by hundreds of men.....hopeless.

There's no point as it makes no difference.

I've used this site on and off for 13 years and it was lovely for 8 years, finding three affairs that ended unavoidably and amicably. Since then, a combination of more men/fewer women and a notably increasing lack of decisiveness and/or ignorance/rudeness from ladies. After changing my profile several times it's clear that it's always best to say it as it is and weed out the haters, even if it means little or no face value success. Bullsh*t attracts bullsh*t ultimately.
