WhatsApp links to Facebook. Not good!!

I also once had a guy threaten me that he was going to track me down using my telephone number (via WhatsApp). No idea if possible. But I’ll never use it again unless a very established thing. And even then- much easier for a disgruntled partner to track you down via WhatsApp in theory?

But a fan of telegram… I would only give out the email that is connected with IE … which I hardly check so email definitely not a great option for me.

You have to use what’s easiest and non suspicious for you 👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you! Up I was feeling like a dinosaur! Like you I’ve never been one to have lots of messaging apps so would suspicious if I suddenly had loads of new ones. With emails I find it completely safe. No way for my wife to ever see any of my messages. Old fashioned I know but I’m happy with it.

Nothing wrong with email, I’ve used it in the past.
I’ve got rid of all my apps, no I don’t want to message you on kik telegram or the others. Tbh if my husband caught sight of my phone he’s be thinking why all those messaging apps!
I use WhatsApp, it works for me and you can always block

Telegram is great. Think WhatsApp without having show your phone number.

And given the Ukrainians and Russians are using it for communication during their war tells you all you need to know. 👍

Ha I’m showing my age now! No I don’t have telegram and don’t even know what it is! Some homework for me. Is it a good safe platform?

Well I feel that there are a lot of fake profiles around that try and keep us interested and talking so switching to another way of messaging solves that for me.

Email is what scammers use. And obviously some genuine ones (like you I’m sure!). But I wouldn’t want to chat via email so wouldn’t work for me either way.

Have you not got telegram?

Surely telegram etc is better than the inboxes of ie that employees may have access to? Perhaps not email.

When a paid up member in the past (with success I'm happy to add) I'd seek to move to tgram or their choice. Easier to suss each other out and exchange more photos to show they are who they say they are?
