IMO, Lust/like/love lines can blur, personally I think you have a different kind of love when you have an affair. You have to be honest about boundaries obviously, honesty (ironically) is fundamental with your affair partner so honesty about feelings is also important.
Can you just have a transactional long term affair without those’ ‘love’ feelings?
