Has having an IE made you stick to your New Year's resolution more? I personally have been able to keep on track to my weightloss plan as I have someone new to impress!

Ha ha , I never said it's easy. Anyway I wasn't referring to work , I was merely saying new years resolutions are like any other goal setting.
But yes when it comes to IE - yes definitely agree too many variables and dependencies on the other person 👍

Your comparison to SMART is a tad difficult if you have to deal with idiotic colleagues, just saying….
You can make all the NYE resolutions that you want but when it comes to this place it takes two and if that other person is not playing ball you’re a bit stuffed
