How about non-offensive, recent, honest ones you are comfortable with? If you want to send explicit images that's fine but please warn the person you are sending them to so they have a choice. If you don't warn them first you are basically a flasher....the next step for you is the local park.

And ladies please no soft focus pamper day makeover photos with outrageous make up and hair looking like the cover of Cosmo..... make up is ok and so is trying to look your best some just take it too far !!!!!

Easy one - selfie in disabled bathroom at work, trousers halfway down, pants optional, shirt tail hanging loose. Face should be half obscured. Extra points for having the basin/toilet/toilet brush in view. Be careful not to pull the emergency cord while prepping.

I personally would be very suspicious if I see professional photos because (1) you won't look like that in person and (2) that's too vain and trying too hard.

But of course that's me ... I'm sure there will be those who won't mind.

I meant my comment to either sex . Some of the photoshopping available is unreal , and pics from your holidays from 5 years ago are lovely but don’t represent how we look this week . Did you get my good side
