I have learnt that I’m not going to meet Cameron Diaz on here. I have also learned that no lady to date thinks I remotely resemble George Clooney.
So either a visit to Specsavers or a more realistic expectations approach is necessary.
The latter is probably the more rewarding and less costly option.

I have learned to be happy being me. Lots of hypocrisy here , but that’s to be expected. Having had a wonderful affair previously having met here on IE , I know there are genuine people out there , once you’ve dug through those who are shallow, deceitful and time wasters ......

So patience really is a virtue , I am happy being me , and I know there is a genuine connection out there just waiting to happen.

I have learned absolutely nothing to be fair 😂.... People on here (some) are just as strange as those you’d meet in real life. Have faith, the needle in the haystack does exist..

Be patient, be yourself and when reading profiles try and sort fact from fiction. If you can do that you may get the result you desire.

I’ve learned that the majority of the women on here are full of bravado when chatting but when it comes to meeting disappear without trace. I’ve found that I’m too trusting and gullible when I expect women to actually want an IE when in fact they don’t. I’m easy going but good manners cost nothing and a simple “Ive changed my mind” would not hurt my feelings..... However being ghosted is just not on !!!!!
