For men.. anything..
for women.. I am not sure they will an agreement of what is the best way.. some like gifts. Some like straightforward asking out.. some what consider that rude and too straightforward.. some what want a platonic conversation and other would consider that too boring for them.. and other would prefer a more saucy / sexy approach.. others would consider this a pervert / too forward / rude approach..
trust you can never get it right with women from the first time. Their beauty is in their diversity.. uncertainty ..

Men are too predictable. Drop him a line.. and he’ll spill the beans / take the lead / hit the road..

A woman.. is a bit more delicate and complicated ..
